Send invoices the way you did in Harvest

The Send dialog now works like the one teams already know: pick To and Cc, let each client's rules fill them in, and preview exactly what the client will receive before it goes.

• To and Cc recipients on every send, pre-filled from per-client rules
• A purchase order letter can travel behind the invoice as part of the same document
• Send yourself a preview first; previews no longer thread together with the real email
• The send result now appears at the top of the page, where you are looking

Deliveries page, and Send that always delivers

Sending an invoice now delivers it by default, and Settings has a Deliveries page so you can see every message that went out and what happened to it.

• Send delivers the email by default instead of only recording it
• Settings › Deliveries lists sent messages and their delivery status
• Invoices paid by wire transfer no longer show a card payment link
• Card payment records use a neutral invoice reference

Administrators can correct a teammate's time

Admins can fix a teammate's time entries directly, with every change recorded, and the activity log now says who did what.

• Administrators edit teammates' time entries; each correction is audited
• The activity log names the person behind each action
• ⌘K and the Menu open with focus where you can start typing

Invoice creation on par with Harvest

Creating, documenting and sending an invoice now covers everything teams relied on in Harvest, with full-page editors and invoices you can find by number.

• Full-page editors for invoices and recurring invoices
• Choose which attachments go with the email when you send
• Invoice pages are addressed by invoice number and name the client
• A banded invoice type in New invoice, Harvest line formats, and subject placeholders
• The invoice list shows the newest first
