Using the eZacto app.
These terms govern your use of the eZacto mobile app ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is made by CONFLICT LLC.
The service
eZacto is a time-tracking and billing app. The app connects to an eZacto instance that you or your organization operate. Your data lives on that instance; the app is a client that reads from and writes to it.
Your account
You sign in with credentials issued by your eZacto instance. You are responsible for keeping your device and credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and billing
eZacto Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual, with a free trial for new subscribers. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by eZacto. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. An unused free-trial portion is forfeited on purchase. Refunds follow the store's policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no unlawful use, no interference with the service, no attempts to access data or accounts that are not yours, and no reverse engineering except where the law allows it.
Your content
The records you create belong to you or your organization; eZacto claims no ownership of them. You are responsible for their accuracy and lawfulness.
Availability and disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. eZacto does not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not responsible for the availability or content of the eZacto instance you connect to.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eZacto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be noted in the app where appropriate. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
