Notes

  • Timely’s prices and plan features are from its pricing page as published on Oct 7, 2026, which marks yearly billing as saving up to 22%. Timely also offers Enterprise (priced by its sales team) and a Tasks add-on from $5 per person.
  • Invoicing: Timely’s pricing page lists a QuickBooks Online integration on Premium and Unlimited, described as creating invoices in Timely and sending them to QuickBooks Online, and its invoices page describes an invoice tab. The pricing page does not say whether Starter can create invoices, so its cell says “Not listed”.
  • Approvals: no plan lists an approval step. Premium and Unlimited list time entry states, and Unlimited lists locked time.
  • Profitability: Premium and Unlimited list internal cost rates, to compare what work costs with what it bills; no profitability report is listed.
  • Automatic time tracking, which records activity on your computer and drafts timesheets from it, is the centre of Timely and is not something eZacto does.
  • “Not listed” and “None listed” mean Timely’s pricing page does not list it. eZacto’s hosted prices are a proposal: nothing here is for sale yet.
  • eZacto is an independent project by CONFLICT LLC and is not affiliated with Timely, which belongs to its respective owner.
