Notes

  • Harvest’s prices and plan features are from its pricing page as published on Oct 6, 2026, which marks paying for a year up front as 20% off. Harvest also offers Free ($0 for one seat and two projects) and Enterprise Plus (custom pricing).
  • Charges based on how much you invoice: Harvest Support’s written reply to us on August 26, 2026 lists the dollar value of invoices among Flex’s usage inputs, beside active projects, clients and tasks, and Harvest’s August 12, 2026 notice to us prices each in fixed tiers by usage range. It is a tiered charge, not a percentage of each invoice.
  • Platform fee on online payments: Harvest’s help article on transaction fees for online payments. Harvest’s fee comes on top of Stripe’s own.
  • “Not listed” means Harvest’s pricing page does not list it. eZacto’s hosted prices are a proposal: nothing here is for sale yet.
  • eZacto is an independent project by CONFLICT LLC and is not affiliated with Harvest, which belongs to its respective owner.

Reconstructed from our paid receipt and our renewal notice. Different plan packaging; the same 14 seats. This is our own account’s automatic renewal quote, not everybody’s price. The September 1 reminder also offered Flex at an estimated $957.50 a month, varying with usage. Read the evidence, or how to close a Harvest account.
